Tools should reach learners and communities that ordinary infrastructure often misses.
Mobile computer labs serving rural Uganda
Tech Reach Africa uses mobile computer labs and practical training to widen access to digital learning in rural schools and communities.

Tech Reach Africa began with a plain observation. Rural learners were expected to prepare for a digital world while many schools had neither computers nor reliable access to the tools that world requires.
Instead of waiting for every school to build a permanent laboratory, the team moved equipment and trainers from one community to another. That mobile model opened the door to work with learners, teachers and, later, out-of-school youth.
Today, the organisation works through ICT4Education and ICT4Youth Livelihoods. One strengthens teaching and learning. The other helps young people gain skills that can become services, employment or small enterprises.
Tools should reach learners and communities that ordinary infrastructure often misses.
Digital confidence grows through hands-on work and patient repetition.
Teacher champions and partners help the skill remain after a visit ends.
Training must improve learning, work, enterprise or access to information.
